Product Description

New Mexico chiles are the base of classic Southwestern red chile sauce. Our New Mexico Chili Powder is made from pure dried New Mexico chiles, finely ground in small batches for a deep, earthy, slightly fruity flavor with moderate heat. Use it for red chile enchilada sauce, carne adovada, posole, chili con carne and stews, or as a dry rub for pork, beef and chicken. Unlike blended chili powder, this is pure ground chile with nothing added. The 1 lb bottle suits frequent cooks and kitchens that go through spice quickly. Packed by Amazing Chiles & Spices.
